Fallen Earth Announces Interactive Facebook Application
Fallen Earth, LLC and Icarus Studios, Inc., developers of the self-titled massively multiplayer online game (MMO), today announced the development of an interactive Fallen Earth Facebook application, Fallen Earth: Faction Wars, featuring elements from the popular MMO. Incorporating core game features such as crafting, PvP, character development and missions, players will have an opportunity to experience the apocalypse via the popular social network. Fallen Earth: Faction Wars utilizes the MMO’s in-game faction system, offering players the opportunity to choose a character based on one of the six vying factions -- CHOTA, Enforcers, Lightbearers, Techs, Travelers and Vistas. With nine active conflict towns, players will participate in the fight amongst factions for town ownership. Icarus Studios Launches Macintosh Compatible MMO Platform
Announces New Macintosh Compatible Version of its xScape Platform and Fallen Earth Game North Carolina-based game developer, Icarus Studios, Inc., announced today the Beta release of its Mac-compatible platform and the Fallen Earth MMO. The software, compatible with Intel Macs, will allow players to connect to the same live server as PC users with game features optimized for their resident operating system. Icarus Studios Chooses AFK Interactive to Extend the Fallen Earth Mobile Companion Application to Additional Mobile Devices
Brings Fallen Earth to Additional Mobile Platforms Following the recent announcement of Icarus Studios' development of a Fallen Earth mobile companion iPhone application, Icarus Studios, co-developer of Fallen Earth, the critically-acclaimed MMORPG, has teamed up with technology start-up AFK Interactive to extend the Fallen Earth mobile companion application to the Blackberry, Android, Brew, and Java platforms, set to be released in Q2. The mobile companion application, described by early reviewers as "game changing," allows Fallen Earth players in-game and real-time access to several key features of the MMOG from their mobile phone. Creepy Cat Contest Winner Announced!
Ladies and gentlemen we have found a winner! Many brave clones ventured out into the wastes and were able to capture footage of the mysterious "double-cat" this past weekend, but there can only be one winner. The heroic Mez is his name, and as a reward for his bravery he will receive an ultra-special Fallen Earth poster signed by the dev team! Is the Wasteland Safe? Creepy Cat Contest!
Strange happenings are an everyday occurrence in the wasteland. With all the radiation and physical anomalies present, it is not uncommon to hear sightings of Jackalopes and Chupacabras. However, we’ve been hearing reports of something else. Something even more sinister than anything we’ve ever imagined. Sightings of so called “double-cats” have been reported by a few unlucky clones. They are described as mutated beasts with multiple legs, heads, or even two whole bodies.
