Star Trek Online has been hard at work trying to put as much detail as they can into the game to make players feel fully immersed into this famous science fiction genre.  Additions such as vintage Star Trek uniforms are sure to make Trekkers around the world get excited.

Uniform options do not include the pants, but there are a few styles to choose from to help complete your uniform choice.  Also, there are plenty of additional more modern uniform options other than the classic vintage styles to choose from.  I’ve included some screenshots of the different uniform combos for your enjoyment.

Star Trek the original series – Three uniforms from the original series (blue, red, yellow).

Deep Space 9 – Uniform Options from the Deep Space Nine Series. Gray shoulders on a black uniform, just like Sisko, Worf and Dax.

Star Trek The Next Generation – Uniform Options from The Next Generation Series. Enjoy the timeless look worn by Picard, Data and Riker.

If you like these uniform options, you may just like the idea that you can turn any one of these into a Mirror Universe outfit complete with facial hair.  How cool is that?  I am finding that I am enjoying Star Trek more and more as I play this game.  It’s not the original Star Trek by any means, but it still feels like Star Trek to me.
