Dear Mythic…

Mythic, please evaluate the experience requirements for the last two tiers. Thank you.

But seriously, I have been leveling the Ironbreaker quite effectively through a mix of RvR and PvE recently and I have to say that the primary reason I’ve not been bored to tears with it is that I can see my bar moving every night I get on. The reason I’m happy with its progression is that I’m currently receiving an experience bonus for being on a transfer recipient server. The bonus is making the usual “task” of leveling…actually somewhat enjoyable. So, again, Mythic please look at the spread of experience and either lower the requirement of exp needed to gain a level or increase the amount you get through RvR (which needs to be done regardless IMO).

Mythic, please adjust some guild rewards to different levels, or make it easier to level your guild.

I don’t know if it was intended by Mythic to kill casual guilds, but it seems that we can’t do a thing to move that bar any faster. I’d really like to be able to use guild recall scrolls so I can jump back to Altdorf to get more rested experience while I’m not online. But, by the time we get the scrolls I’ll be level 40 and have less use for them. I also think it’s kind of dumb to not allow guild heraldry until a specific guild rank (and to have it so high in the ranks is even more stoopid). Seriously, does this make any realistic sense? Is the tailor seriously going to care about what “rank” my group of nare-do-wells is? Just let the guild leaders set the level or rank of who gets to wear it, and make it a paid for item from the dye vendor. Make the guild ranks worth achieving, but don’t take away things that we have always been given in the past. Maybe add guild only items at certain levels that you purchase from a guild vendor. Items like experience/Renown/Influence bonus potions that last for an hour. Or instead of the guild heraldry being unlockable, make new cape styles unlockable (capes with hoods!). I’m sure there are tons of other things that could be added. Anyone have suggestions?

Mythic…and this is a big one…please make the Land of the Dead pure, unadulterated, 200 proof awesome sauce.

I’m sure you know this already, but many people are banking their subscriptions on this expansion. Heck, some people are even resubbing in hopes that this will be the game changer, hoping that this is how the game should have been released. It is the reason I’m driving the Ironbreaker to rank 40 as fast as a casual hardcore gamers’ life allows. I want it to work. I want it to be something that I can go gloat to my WoW playing friends to and say, “Oh yeah?…well, your game doesn’t have THIS!” and finally not be pointing at my lower extremities.

    Thanks for the props, Slurm!

And I totally agree with all three of your petitions to Mythic there.. especially the first one. Damn, progress is slow in the last two tiers unless you have massive amounts of free time.

    Cheers,

There is only 1 exception to slow leveling in T3 being the new Rank 19-24 chain involving the Gates of Ekrund. Currently each quest gives 63,000 exp, ya… 63K BABY. Keep in mind that this chain involves at least five quests, all of which give 63K as a reward and…. Well, lets just say I went from Rank 20 to 23 in a matter of a few hours.

Other than that slight exception, I couldn’t agree more.

Fast leveling efficient leveling without the fun, is just jumping between the PQs and burning through your rested XP. Make the mobs equal – 2+ levels. Rest up in the officiers/tavern in your respective capital.

Once the rested XP is burnt through, you can then choose to carry on questing or whatever. But your “progress” is done through the rested XP. This just gets the bar moved each night.
