Been a while since my last post, and this will be my….last post.
That’s right ladies and gentlemen, Slurms is moving on. No, there’s nothing wrong in the state of Lagwar. Brilen didn’t make me cry again, Ziss didn’t kill me in a scenario. No drama involved whatsoever. I’ve been light on posts lately because I honestly haven’t been playing Warhammer Online. At all. After my week off I mentioned in my previous post, I went back to the game excited and fresh as a daisy. That summers eve feeling didn’t last long. Every night I logged on, I was just bored. I had finally made it to tier 4 with a class I enjoyed, and I hated the feeling I got every night trying to progress to 40. I tried running with some alts to keep myself alive until the Land of the Dead opened up, but I just couldn’t. My account expired last week, and I decided to let it lay dormant. I may revisit the game later if I hear that improvements have truly been made. But I think there’s too many other games out there that I’m not playing right now because of the WAR banner I waved so profusely. Heck, there’s games in my own library Ive barely touched because of it.
I signed on to Lagwar to write about WAR, and I decided that I would leave when I was done with WAR.
Now, this is not to say I wont still be writing. If either of my regular readers are interested in following what I’m doing, you can find me over at Multiplaying.net. If you know of CoTcast, you may recognise some of the other names writing. Its a general gaming blog, and soon to be podcast. A few of us were talking one night about blogging and it seemed that a good handful of people in the guild wanted to blog, but didn’t feel they had the time to keep one regularly. Thus Multiplaying was born.
I started writing for Lagwar back in December of 08. I’d say a 6 month run is pretty good. It’s helped me get my words read by more people, and best of all, it’s made me some new friends. I plan on attending some of the upcoming Lagwar gaming events, and Ill be trolling the site and adding my comments where I see fit, so you’ll still see me around.
My thanks to Ziss, Brilen, Sarc, Wrewdinge, Jesma, and all of you, the readers.
Slurms signing off…

I’ve got you both on my blogroll.
The last CoTcast was just recorded last night, you should see it tonight or tommorow. We may be using the same podbean account for Multiplaying, so if you already subscribed to CoTcast…you’ll automatically start getting the Multiplaying podcast. Hope you enjoy!
