That’s right! Lagwar.com wants to pay you to write about video games! Candidates will be responsible for writing video game reviews, guides, and commentaries on news. Details will vary by candidate.

Quality articles are what we’re looking for, not quantity. Reviews are to be scored by the metascore system. Qualified writers should be familiar with basic HTML but it is not a requirement. Ideally, the writer will also supply their own in-game screenshots and article images. Promotional banner images can also be created by other Lagwar.com staff members upon request.

The main requirement is that you produce a quality article.

Lagwar.com is made up of several avid PC gamers, who not only love playing games, but love writing and podcasting about them as well. This is a great start for someone looking to get their foot in the door and build some experience in the video games industry. We are a very low stress community and would like to keep it that way as much as possible as we grow.

Pay rates vary and are comparable to what other sites offer. Pay is broken into two categories. Articles that contain 600 or less words, and articles that contain more than 600 words, paying $5 and $10 dollars respectively.
