Lagwar at Game Expo this weekend, October 23rd-25th in Philadelphia, PA.
We’re excited to announce Lagwar will be attending this year’s Game and Media Expo in Philadelphia! The expo consists of three days of video game tournaments, top video game demos and exhibits, live video game music, celebrity appearances, costume contests and much more. LW staff will also be attending the industry summit to hear and interview keynote presentations from some of the industry’s finest developers and entrepreneurs.
Upcoming games and launches will be a part of this year’s Game Expo.
Here’s a quick look of a few games to look forward to:

· EA is presenting their new action Dante’s Inferno which game consumers will have a chance to play at Game Expo on PS3. Dante’s Inferno will be released in 2010 and available for PSP, PS3, and 360.
· SEGA will be unveiling BAYONETTA, and action genre, bringing to life it’s fast paced dynamic climax combat. Consumers will have access to play BAYONETTA before the games release.
· Hi-Rez Studios will present their new online title, Global Agenda. Global Agenda is a fast-paced action MMO using Unreal Engine 3 and set in Earth’s near future, a spy-fi world of advanced technology and player-driven conflict. Players control the world of Global Agenda, forging alliances with their peers and executing lightning strikes against their enemies.
· Other developers and special guests will be in attendance like Mythic Entertainment and Fallen Earth’s, Lee Hammock and many more!
Tournaments will also be a big part of Game Expo in the Alienware Arena. Each gaming activity will consist of five gaming challenges. Players will be eliminated in each challenge until one player is left standing. The tournament will take place on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. The five games for the challenges include: Counter-Strike: Source, Team Fortress 2, Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Unreal Tournament 3. Other tournaments are also going on throughout the expo, so be sure to check the website (www.gamexpo.us) if you are interested.
There are tons of other events going on at Game Expo. We will be there covering all of the activities with podcasts, pictures and twitter updates. We’re looking forward to interviews with game developers and player’s reactions as they play unreleased games.
