NCsoft probably doesn't even know what will actually make its way into the game. I was pretty excited when first seeing the video. I lost a lot of that enthusiasm when I learned none of that stuff actually exists and a lot of may never exist. Still, I guess its cool to see how NCsoft envisions the future of the game.
